| 2008 Scottwood Avenue | This Shingle style home was designed by architect David L. Stine and built in 1895 for Edward Drummond Libbey and his wife, Florence Scott Libbey.  It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1983.

Today, this beautiful mansion is owned by the Libbey House Foundation and serves as a major feature of Toledo’s Old West End neighborhood. Once restored, this National Landmark will serve as a unique venue for the Libbey House Foundation to offer receptions, historical interpretations, and an international study center.  This is just one of many fine homes in Toledo's Old West End, a neighborhood worthy of its own tour.
